Joseph Cronin is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. In 1990, he and his wife opened the Gymnastics Sport Center of Wichita Falls, which grew to become the largest gymnastics facility in the area. Over the years, the center has produced several AGA State Champions, both individually and as a team. Joseph and his wife have two daughters—Madeline, who competed in Special Olympics gymnastics, and Caroline, who competed as a Senior in AGA.
Joseph has received the Coach of the Year Award and has been an active member of the AGA Board of Directors, serving in various roles including Parliamentarian, Vice President, and President. He currently serves as the Treasurer. Outside of gymnastics, Joseph is passionate about running and competes in the 800-meter and 1500-meter races at the Texas Senior Games.
